HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING/DELIVERY TAKE? 

All orders typically take 1-2 business days to process and ship from the date that they are placed. Domestic and Worldwide orders ship with DHL Express and USPS; First Class Mail, First Class Package, Priority Mail, ( International orders may also ship with USPS First Class Package International). Exact delivery timing varies on your entered destination. You can always track your order via the sent DHL or USPS tracking number, sent in the order shipment confirmation email.

Our site is in United States dollars. I-D offers multiple currencies, so you can set which currency you prefer to shop in. We offer: CAD, EUR, AUD, and RUB.

HOW DO I RETURN/EXCHANGE MY ORDER? 

We accept returns within 15 days of the original item delivery date. All sale items are FINAL SALE. All returns have to be approved by our customer service team. HOW DO I CANCEL OR UPDATE MY ORDER?

IS THE JEWELRY WATER-PROOF/HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY JEWELRY?

All of our pieces are waterproof, since they have a 925 Sterling Silver base, and are either Rhodium or Gold plated. 925 Sterling Silver will tarnish only if it is exposed to brass or other low grade metals. It is best your I-D piece is sealed in it's original packaging, or in a simple plastic bag. This will help prevent any oxidization or tarnishing. HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY I-D PIECE? 

To keep your I-D piece looking brand new, simply use a damp cloth with gentle soap to maintain it's shine. Avoid any hot water or harsh chemicals on your jewelry piece.
